This study looked through the text mining analysis to check status of virtual assistant service, and explore needs consumers, present consumer-oriented directions. Trendup 4.0 was used analyze keywords AI services in Online News social media from 2016 2020. The R program collect consumer comment data implement Topic Modeling analysis. According analysis, number mentions mass has steadily increased. Sentimental Analysis showed consumers were feeling positive about terms useful convenient functional emotional aspects such as pleasure interest.
